Who Supplies the vehicles?
All our vehicles are supplied through the relevant vehicle manufacturers UK dealer network*

Your prices look too good to be true, what's in it for you?
Obviously we are in this business to make a profit, but not a large one. Our business succeeds on the premise that our operating overheads are substantially less than a main dealer's as we do not have to conform to the exacting and expensive showrooms, demonstration vehicle programmes and large daily overheads that the majority of motor dealerships have.
We work on very large volumes / low profit margins and low overheads which in practice gives us the edge on the majority of dealer networks.

Do vehicles have a warranty?
Yes, all our vehicles come with the full manufacturers warranty.

Is maintenance included?
Maintenance is an optional cost and includes all servicing, tyres, brakes, exhaust, battery and labour.

Is roadside assistance included?
Yes, in most cases vehicles include either 12 months or 3 years breakdown recovery, depending on the manufacturer. Imported vehicles do not however carry the roadside assistance but this product can be purchased at a small additional cost.

Is delivery and collection included?

We offer free UK mainland delivery. For outside mainland UK i.e Northern Ireland our sales advisors would be happy to quote you an additional cost.

What are my options at the end of the contract?
This depends on the type of contract taken but usually you can either hand the vehicle back, extend the contract, or purchase the vehicle from the finance company.

How long is the lease period?
Our contracts range from 12 to 60 months depending on the vehicle and contract chosen.

What is the initial deposit?
While a minimum one payment upfront is available, typically an initial deposit of 3 monthly payments is required. Larger deposits can be given to reduce the monthly payment.

Will the contract include Road Fund Licence?
Yes, either for the duration of the contract or 12 months. This will depend the type of contract taken.

Can I change the mileage on the contract?
Where your vehicle is running ahead or behind its predicted mileage, rescheduling the mileage can be agreed on both contract hire and personal contract hire agreements.

Is van insurance included in the lease?
No, it is your responsibility to arrange your own fully comprehensive insurance on the vehicle.

What if I exceed the agreed mileage on the contract?
Any mileage over the contract is charged at the excess mileage rate charged in pence per mile.

*Please note some of our commercial vehicles may have been sourced from outside of the UK but from within the EU. In these cases delivery will be from our own PDI/Valeting center.
